Thanks, in large part, to the past two drafts, the Orioles have two of the best pitching prospects in the game with both being near MLB ready. They lack any true position prospects that can make an impact this year or next. thanks to the promotion of Manny Machado, but they have some good talent up the middle that could be ready to contribute in a few years.

The Baltimore Orioles have one of the best 1-2-3 prospect combos in the game but it gets a bit muddled after that with low-ceiling high probability guys and high-ceiling low probability guys. It’s a solid mix for a team that needs to develop from within but most of the top talent is at least a full year or more away from helping the big league club.
